A baroque building that resembles a church – round, symmetrical, enclosed by arcades. A circle – symbol of wholeness. Dazzling sunlight slices the air into golden bands, dust particles dancing within like tiny planets. In the center a fountain, from which the water rises toward the sky as if it wanted to touch the light: consciousness remembering its source. Above a female figure dressed entirely in white hovers a crystal. Clear. Untouched. Pure. It captures the sunlight and breaks it into pure rays. The crystal stands for the Higher Self – for the immutable core that does not stage itself, but simply IS. The figure rests on a golden sphere. Gold – the metal of perfection, where heaven and earth meet. The raised arms of the figure, which embody the pure soul, appear like a gesture between surrender and receptivity. To the right stands the little princess with her crown, which weighs more than it seems. She symbolizes identification – name, role, status. Beside her flowers wither. That which relies only on outward radiance is subject to change, to transience. The ego appears here as an early, immature form of consciousness – like a little princess who still believes she must rule in order to be. At the edge of the fountain a child sleeps. It is the untouched essence – still without mask, without pretension. The sleeping Self, waiting to be awakened. In the water koi fish glide – signs of transformation and inner maturation. A white dove keeps silent watch at the rim of the basin: peace does not arise through possession, but through remembering that which is eternal. The sunlight penetrates the scene without distinction. It falls on crown and child, on gold and stone, on the water and the crystal. The path from the I to the Self is not a struggle, but a return home to the light. It is an ascent – like the water in the fountain. An illumination of identity. A letting go of heaviness. When the I recognizes that it does not have to rule in order to be, the crystal within us begins to shine.
